Learning to play the piano can seem
like a pretty big challenge for a beginner. Many people who want to learn to
play the piano are put off by the idea of spending long hours learning music
notes. First of all, every beginner should realize that you are only a beginner,
not an expert and don’t disconsolate with piano at the beginning itself. If you
are serious about learning to play piano, then the first thing you need to do
is put all the negative thoughts behind and prepare yourself positively to face
all the struggles at the beginning, just start learning with an open mind. Yes,
It does take much time and there is a lot of things to study like basic music
theories, fingering, pedals, etc. The complexities (and beauty) of the
instrument require specific skills. Each one must be practiced until you get it
right. How long does it take? It takes as long as it takes. It could be days,
weeks, months or perhaps even years (that is rare, though). Each of these
skills builds upon one another and, over time, you'll develop an 'arsenal' of
skills that will be at your disposal.
